A message dated June 27, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 9                                                                                                            
    "An Act relating to secured transactions under the Uniform                                                                  
    Commercial Code and to the regulation of funds transfers,                                                                   
    including remittance transfers, under the Uniform Commercial
